– **Return Policy**: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of purchase. However, **custom gear cannot be returned** unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship. Custom products are final sale and non-refundable.

– **Exchanges**: If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange process. Note that custom gear is not eligible for exchange unless there is a defect.
