Shipping Policies

MDubz Sports Shipping Policy

At MDubz Sports, we are committed to delivering your gear as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand the process and timelines for your order.

Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Custom orders, including jerseys, pants, or any items with customizations, will take up to 4 weeks for processing and production before they are shipped.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • MDubz Sports is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • MDubz Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

  • Currently, MDubz Sports ships within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at orders@mdubzsports.com.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of order. MDubz Sports is not responsible for delays or errors in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
